Canadian Cruise

Cruise Terminal Adventures – Norwegian Star Review
We have scheduled a repositioning cruise from Los Angeles Vision of the Seas Vancouver, British Columbia and checked the website and found that NCL offers an evening of dinner and dance cruise from Vancouver, British Columbia Seattle, WA for an unbelievable rate in a cabin with balcony. Score!
This trip proved to be an adventure for a night of insomnia. I will try to maintain a light tone of this review, but it was bad, that several Thousands of cruisers can attest.
We got out of the Vision of the Seas Cruise Ship Terminal Balentine and waited 40 minutes for a taxi with several new friends we made vision, then took 45 minutes for what would have been 5 minutes Taxi Canada Place Cruise Terminal. Traffic in the city was horrible. As we drove through Gastown was a man dragging a wheeled suitcase was broken in the street, we first have to pass, however, as we sat in the street watching traffic go nowhere, basically, is beyond us, and eventually disappear if we had all the baggage we've done is clear that Progress was much faster than the car. We should have realized then that we were deep in homework.
We arrived at the terminal Canada Place Cruise and checked our bags and found a line of about 1,000 people. We sought to determine whether it was our line or a line other vessels are an employee of the port and said all ships had the same line, we were informed that he could not get in line and had to wait an hour or two, because our boat was too late. We must realize that it was the second sign of the cruise terminal hell on earth.
We went to the square of Canada in search of food and coffee and found a food court on the street where black bears are fighting for a table and settle with the natural power of Mexico to Canada waiting for our time delay.
An hour later we walked back to madness. You think I'm kidding? I'm not. We take the underground tunnel in the Canada Place and found the way to the elevator to the cruise terminal. The elevator doors opened and we are in the middle of a line further. I do not like the line cutting, so it followed the line of the river through the forests of the hill overlooking the valley, in the opposite corner of the hotel, the stairs to the bridge in front of a ship. If you've never been to Canada Place to imagine a huge building, bigger, and sports stadiums, long enough for two cruises can park just his side, facing each other and you can get an idea of how long that line was. I would say it was a good 4,000 people in front of us online here.
Needless to say, people are angry and upset, literally standing in a place about an hour. Maybe I was imagining, but at some point I think the line started to do the "Can Can" and a conga line formed and, at least I think it did, until you click my red heels together and wanted to go home and I found online again. Finally, the line began moving again and after about three hours we put in a staircase on the second basement. Comments dungeons rife and many people thought online, we may be led to the lining of the bottom or a shovel of coal.
At this point, things began to move quickly, they were transferred for safety, the line moved quickly through customs, just as we feel a breeze, and finally we Cruising in the office, our doors have the keys and headed toward the ship.
NCL is very aware of health problems on board the ship have been necessary to clean hands with a clean hand before they can board the ship.
We arrived at our cabin and our bags were already there were being held for some time, the bag of clothes we asked where we were and we have vodka with us. The travel bag has been balancing on a rail trying to be a tight walker online, fortunately had a good balance.
We found our jerseys Bath and hampered the elevator for a quick trip to the bridge 12 and the relaxation Mary of the spas. When we got to the pool we were surprised by the size of the vessel was really a beautiful pool with two slides and four whirlpools. Dinner was activated and the food smelled great.
After immersed in hot baths, we returned to our cabin and placed Reserve for dinner and then ran the ship for a bit, it really was a ship of Nice. Then went to the main exhibition hall for the show "Cirque du Pacific.
"Cirque du Pacific" has been like most of the Cirque shows, best appreciated when under the influence of something. Luckily I had some pharmaceuticals me, sorry I was in my cabin. The show began with the announcement that no smoking was allowed in the room, then filled smoke, I know, are the smoke, but still. I suspect that the smoke was a symbol of the state, the director and choreographer, where they put the show seriously suspect smoked grass happy to advance. I've never seen dancing hula girls on the river, the women of mixers, and a character that seemed to belong to "Tron" is representative of things in the Pacific region, but they were there. In reality, the program was interesting and had some good points and some of the performers High performers were great, but the boy Tarzan was a bit higher. * winks *
We dined in the restaurant Endless Summer, a kitchen that has been TexMex, was as good as any restaurant we ate TexMex above, with taste and generous portions.
Then we went to the Casino, where we did what most people, which is a gift. But he was executed professionally and as it was open only for a short period was a good place to play.
Finally, it was decided to hit the shelf. A little disappointed with how it was difficult to get ice since no one was in the cabin and no delegates returned our calls.
The morning following breakfast in the main proceedings and was in the buffet price. All guests board the vessel has accelerated departure, which meant we had to do one weeks worth of luggage of the ship, but we got in quickly and were out of Seattle, in minutes.
Although this was only one day of exposure to this substance was an NCL positive exposure with the exception of madness in Canada Place. So hopefully we will be in one of its ships in the future.
