My husband and I and maybe our almost 18 year old daughter would love to celebrate 17 all our birthday with a cruise. We have never been on a cruise. What is the best cruise line for the cost? Is there a specific website that has a good business. Do you have a passport to travel or leave the cruise ship? We live in Florida so we could reduce Florida resident?
